TidyNest is an online retailer that works with third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners. Some products may be stored, packaged, and shipped directly by those partners.

Order processing and delivery estimates vary by product, supplier location, destination, carrier, customs processing, and other circumstances. Any delivery date shown on a product page, at checkout, or in an order communication is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

When tracking is available, it will be added to your order after fulfillment and Shopify will send the applicable shipping notification to the contact information provided at checkout. Tracking information can take time to update after a carrier receives the shipment.

TidyNest remains responsible for customer service, order support, refunds, and helping resolve delivery or product issues. Please contact us using the details on our Contact page if your order is late, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.
