Shipping your Moonlit Paws order
Shipping and delivery may take two weeks (14 calendar days) from order confirmation, including processing and transit. Timing varies by costume and destination; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. We do not guarantee delivery before Halloween. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Supplier partners may ship items separately.
If we cannot ship within the timeframe stated for your order, we will notify you of the revised shipping estimate and offer the choice of agreeing to the delay or cancelling the unshipped merchandise for a prompt refund, as required by applicable law. If your order has not arrived after two weeks, contact us with your order number so we can investigate. Delivery estimates do not remove your statutory rights.
Moonlit Paws remains your contact for lost, damaged, incomplete or incorrect orders. Purchasing shipping protection is not a condition of exercising any legal right or remedy. We do not exclude our obligations merely because a package has been handed to a carrier.
